2. Services Provided
Stelimolloy Limited provides professional men's grooming services including haircuts, skin fades, beard grooming, hot towel shaves, and facial treatments. All services are subject to availability and appointment confirmation.
3. Booking & Appointments
3.1 Booking Methods: Appointments can be made via our online booking system (Booksy), by phone (07938 577771), or by email (info@stelimolloy.com).
3.2 Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your appointment is confirmed.
3.3 Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and appointment details.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
4.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee or deposit forfeit, at our discretion.
4.3 No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge equal to the full service price and may affect future booking privileges.
4.4 How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made via Booksy, by phone, or by email.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Accepted Methods: We accept card payments (Chip & PIN and contactless) and online payments via Booksy.
5.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price at time of booking.
5.3 Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
5.4 Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
6. Service Delivery
6.1 Consultation: All services include a consultation to ensure we understand your requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service if a request is unreasonable or unachievable.
6.2 Service Quality: We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address the issue.
6.3 Health & Safety: We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions before your appointment.
7. Client Conduct
7.1 Respectful Behavior: We expect all clients to treat our staff and premises with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
7.2 Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Website Content: All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Stelimolloy Limited and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
8.2 Photography: We may take photographs of our work for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before your appointment.

10.1 Booksy: Our online booking system is provided by Booksy. Your use of Booksy is subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the Booksy platform.
